Order AC units 2 weeks back. Was meant to delivered today. Waited the whole day, but it wasn't delivered. No communication whatsoever. Called Carlton Services twice, but was very unhelpful. Very disappointed indeed. Will request a refund if no communication is received within the next 2 days.

Very poor customer services not replying on time. I ordered a Teffcold fridge of them on their website they don’t give proper external dimensions On their websites so once delivery arrived the size was big than what I expected they didn’t mention any charges for return , re delivery charges now when i requested them for re delivery asking for £200+ vat now i have requested full refund and still waiting for the response. It took 4 days to reply for the redelivery

Contacted a number of companies to get advice and parts. Carlton Services were quick, honest and delivered what we needed quickly. No need for a site visit, honest feedback and quick service.

Had first annual service in May for air con. Service was performed quickly and professionally, with minimum of disruption. Carlton are an excellent company.

I paid £216 for my Vent-Axia ventilation system to be serviced. A problem had recently developed with it where it was making a loud noise throughout my property, coming from the vents. The engineer wasn't able to identify the cause of the noise and suggested lowering the fan speed. This worked for a short amount of time but the noise soon returned. I was able to establish myself what the cause of the noise was (fan bearings needed replacing). I contacted Carlton again to see if this was something they could fix and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. To date, I haven't even received any paperwork about what was actually done as part of the service, they just took my money. I feel a bit ripped off as I've paid £216 for my unit to basically just be cleaned, something that I could have done myself, and the engineer wasn't even able to diagnose what turned out to be a simple fault. EDITED TO ADD: Despite the response below, I still haven't received any paperwork about the service, nor have I been contacted about getting my system repaired.
