Direct Energy Efficiency Solution Limited

I'm really happy with the service. The guys did a top job for a good price. It has given me a lot more space in the house. They came on time, even though it was absolutely roasting hot! Recommended.

Highly recommended company for loft insulation services! The quoting was quick and detailed upon assessing my requirements, then they booked me into a fixed date, turned up on time, carried out the work in an organised and professional way, and with superb end results. A 60m2 loft fully insulated with 300mm and a solid walkway is installed for access purposes. Would recommend to all and would use again! Thanks Chris and the team!

Fantastic job by Chris and his team installing underfloor insulation in our home. Great price, extremely professional, and really knew their stuff. They even gave us priceless advice on some damp they found and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service throughout. Highly recommend!

Chris came out to quote on one of the hottest days of the year. That didn’t stop him from quoting to insulate our lofts which are split into 3. The quote was clear and detailed and completed on site. We obtained further quotes and decided on DEES ltd due to a competitive price , his knowledge and professionalism. On the day they arrive at the time advised and worked hard. They were very tidy and left the property extremely clean after. I was impressed with Chris explaining each step and the checked with me the condition of the ceilings and checked the lights worked. Chris offered to replace the loft bulbs that were damaged when a previous contractor was in the loft and also adjusted the aerial that was knocked as we were having issues with it. Can’t recommend Chris and his team enough. Thank you. ☺️

Many thanks to Chris for the great job he made of boarding our loft , shelving & extra insulation yesterday. He is very friendly and from start to finish very professional he covered the carpets and cleaned up after the job was completed. An excellent price Fantastic job would definitely recommend 100%

I had been having problems with small mould patches on 3 bedroom ceilings and called Chris for his opinion on what could be done. When he attended for a quote his explanation of the way a loft should "breathe" was an eye opener. He showed me the insulation packed too tightly into the eaves space, the lack of sufficient eaves vents and the general mess my insulation was in. His price for new insulation to the correct depth, raising the loft boards over the new insulation and a new loft ladder was, in my opnion more than fair. His work, over 2 days, was utterly professional with cleanliness, respect and keeping me informed. I have no qualms in recommending this company wholeheartedly.

Many thanks to Chris and his team. From the initial consultation, quote and completion of our loft insulation today we have experienced nothing but professionalism. Starting with the care of our property this morning before the job properly began through to clearing up afterwards nothing was overlooked. So impressed with Chris’ knowledge too. Thank you very much. Our gas bill will definitely go down! Would definitely recommend this company.
