Boiler replacement and repair work features prominently in feedback for this Leeds-based underfloor heating specialist, alongside plumbing and bathroom remodelling. Customers repeatedly praise the transparent quoting process, noting that clear options are presented without pressure, and that initial enquiries are handled promptly and helpfully. Punctuality and reliability come up often, with engineers arriving when expected and completing fault repairs or installations efficiently, leaving functioning heating and hot water behind. Several reviewers name individual members of staff, including Jimmy, Max, Robbie, Matt and Denise, describing them as friendly, professional and conscientious, and highlighting the care taken during installation work.

Tidiness is a recurring theme, with properties left clean and thorough after jobs are finished. Communication stands out too, from the first inspection of an older boiler through to questions answered during the work, and long-standing customers describe relying on the company across many years. Advice on suitable replacements, including Worcester Bosch units, is described as helpful rather than pushy. Urgent sourcing and fitting of a new boiler is mentioned alongside planned bathroom and utility renovations, with a reworked bathroom and utility area cited among completed projects.
