EnergyTherm Solutions - Heat Pumps & Solar

EnergyTherm Solutions provides heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and insulation services. The company helps homeowners access the Government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), which provides up to £7,500 towards a heat pump installation. It handles eligibility checks, paperwork, installation, and aftercare for its customers. EnergyTherm Solutions is an accredited installer.

Punctuality, clear communication and a professional manner run through the accounts left for EnergyTherm Solutions, which customers in London describe in connection with EPC assessments, heating surveys and heat pump servicing. Several reviews highlight how straightforward the booking process proved and how promptly appointments were honoured, with engineers turning up when expected and working efficiently. The advice given during surveys comes in for particular praise, with recommendations described as practical and tailored to the individual property rather than generic. Customers note that options were explained clearly, both while quoting and after the service, and that questions were answered without hesitation.

The same themes of friendliness and genuine care for the finished result appear again and again, alongside comments that the work represents good value for money. One account covers an air source heat pump installation now being arranged following a survey, while another mentions a combination of EPC, survey and heat pump service carried out across separate visits. More than one review highlights the ease of getting booked in and the helpfulness of the team throughout. The paragraph ends on the efficient servicing of heat pumps and the clear explanations that accompanied it.
