Had a roof assessment initially done by Blake last week after a brief doorstop visit by two pleasant chaps who I was very grateful to meet. I had been thinking about getting my dodgy roof insulation replaced for a couple of years but never got round to doing it. Blake was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly outlined my options without the dreaded hard sell & since I knew the old insulation needed replacing sooner rather than later it was a no brainer. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they fit me in and the two friendly guys who came round a few days later (sorry I forgot their names) did a great job of clearing out the old & installing the new insulation with no mess. When the job was finished they showed me a before and after video which I was very pleased with. I hope to feel the benefit in the winter and highly recommend First Stop Home Improvements for this type of job.

Had Jamie a great genuine bloke come and did a survey and a no hassle costing was given we will be going ahead soon so well done Jamie like the cut of your gib

Jamie came to our house and did an inspection of our attic. He explained everything very well and thoroughly. Very friendly.

Surveyor Blake visited us today by appointment. He was very polite, professional, surveyed our loft which unfortunately has spray foam insulation on rafters. He assessed the damage, moisture levels and safety. He was very patient and talked us through his findings and what the professional options are. He was clearly knowledgeable and we felt he was genuine and there to help us / not scam us (as we have had experoence of rogue traders /scammers). We now have all options and quotes with us and we are very grateful for the surveyor's time and expertise. We would not hesitate to contact First Stop Home Improvements again for advice and works to be carried out.
