Work not finished ! Have been ringing for over a month still nobody has come back to finish my sons room holes in the wall , wires hanging off the wall , plastering needing finishing ! Keep ringing and met with a lot of excuses and false promises and apparently you cant speak to anyone in authority its a joke

I’d put 0 stars if it would let me On 23/09/25 the surveyor came to my property to see if I was eligible for the grant. He said I was and took photographs of my property inside and out, he said every room apart from the kitchen would be done and a extractor fan put In the kitchen and bathroom and trickle vents put in the windows that didn’t have them. He also got me to sign a protection against hazards - occupant declaration form. On 24/09/25 Julie from Green key also telephoned me to say the work would be carried out and we agreed the work would start on 13/10/25 The contractors arrived at 11.08am on 13/10/25, I was at work but my partner was in, he let them in and they went to the loft first, my partner was at the bottom of the loft and he heard them say this is a bigger job than we were told, we’re not going to make any money off this job. They then went round every room in my house and took photographs of every room, even though they had all ready decided that they were not going to do the work. They then told my partner that they were not going to do the work and left at 11.22 Julie did call me at 11.20 and asked if the contractors were there I said I didn’t know as I was at work so I asked her if she wanted my landline number to call my partner, she said no she would call them. My son came to my work and told me that they wouldn’t do the work as it was a bigger job than what they were told and they wouldn’t make any money off it. I was so angry I telephoned Julie at 11.46 and at work and told her what they said. She said our contractors wouldn’t say that and they said it was because I all ready had insulation in. I told her I didn’t and if I did why didn’t the surveyor say if I did. She said he was new to the job. I have cctv cameras and a ring door bell that records sound and live images, you can hear the contractors when they exit my property saying that it wasn’t worth it. I do not have insulation, the inside walls are solid brick and I know the loft isn’t insulated as we boarded that out ourselves There is something not right hear is it some sort of scam getting my information taking photographs of every room in my property inside and out to get money out of the government

Brilliant from start to finish Had Green Key Installations round to fit solar panels, an air source heat pump, and do internal wall insulation — and I honestly can’t fault them. From the first survey to the final handover, everything was handled professionally and with a proper attention to detail. The lads were sound, kept everything tidy, and explained how it all worked before they left. Noticed a big difference in the house already — warmer, cheaper to run, and it feels good knowing we’re doing our bit for the environment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading their home. Cheers again to the full team!

Noticeable difference already Had the loft insulated by Green Key Installations and I’m honestly impressed. It was a pretty straightforward job but they did it quickly and professionally, with no disruption at all.

Massive improvement straight away” Had our loft room insulated by Green Key with their room-in-roof system and the difference is unreal. That space used to be freezing in winter and like a sauna in summer — now it’s properly comfortable all year round. The team were spot on — quick, clean, and polite throughout. They even helped us move a few bits out the way before starting, which was a big help. Paperwork was handled smoothly and the job was wrapped up sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend Green Key if you’ve got a converted loft or attic that needs sorting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Green Key Installations I’m a landlord and had the free loft, room-in-roof and internal wall installation installed on number of my properties through the ECO4 scheme, and I couldn’t recommend Green Key Installations high enough. From the initial assessment to the final installation, the team was professional and respectful of my properties idea and the tenants home with no mess left behind. Not only did they make the home warmer for the tenants, but they also improved the EPC ratings, which needs to be on the minds of all landlords in the future.

I found Greenkey installations were excellent. The installation team were skillful, thoughtful and entertaining. They talked me through the decisions that had to be made and then got their heads down and worked incredibly hard. The customer service from the office team was amazing with helpful and friendly communication and a very fast response and resolution to any questions or issues that arose. I’m unwell and was dreading the whole process but they made it much easier than expected. The process is of course disruptive and there will be some painting and cleaning to be done afterwards but I think Greenkey made it as smooth and unstressful as it could have been. I can thoroughly recommend them.
