My Brother had his central heating installed and is really please with the whole process great communication and knowledgeable heating engineers and really happy he got hot water and heat which he never had before

I have had insulation,boiler and radiaters fitted,I've never had central heating before and am really happy with the result.I now have hot water as well,so I don't need to boil a kettle to do the washing up. The whole process was quick and efficient,the engineers were really helpful,as the house is full of furniture so there was a lot of work to do moving things out of the way.The whole job was done in a couple of days,it would have been quicker if I did not have so much furniture. I am really pleased with the result.

Top rate service and the gas engineer very polite and courteous arrived on time and tidied everything up after the job was completed.

Faze the assessor was very helpful and considerate The engineer could have explained things better Not pleased with how gas pipes from boiler were fitted Apart from that boiler is working more efficiently warming up a lot quicker than the old one Thank you faze

We were given a few options on date of installation and communication was excellent. The service and installation of the boiler, radiator valves and upgrading of gas piping to comply with requirements was also excellent. The gas engineers were polite, helpful and answered any queries we had professionally. Very pleased with new Worcester boiler.

boiler is really good the people who fitted it were very experienced and they done the work professionally and were nice and polite and tidy cleaned up after the work they did i would say good company who done good job
