Jordan removed our old water cylinder and installed Hive. Despite some difficulties with set up he stayed until everything was up and running including hive app on phone. Would highly recommend.
Having Autism, a burst pipe I was under alot of distress and did not know what to do. Was passed on this service, the guy was kind, fast, easy and did the work while reassuring me everything would be fine. Highly recommend for an inclusive service, and great workmanship
Jordan was great. He was able to fit in an appointment for a new boiler installation within just a few days after my old one started giving out. At the initial appointment he clearly explained what was going wrong and was really helpful in getting a good price and warranty for the new boiler. On the day of installation, he was super efficient and just got on with what needed to be done and went through the new set up and how to work the wireless thermostat and answered all my questions. He also tidied up after he was done which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Would highly recommend Jordan for any boiler or heating work required. He is reliable, hard working and keeps you up to date throughout the job. New boiler installed, which I’m extremely happy with, I would definitely use Jordan again for any work which includes heating, kitchens or bathrooms.
Jordan was really quick getting back to us and solved the issue efficiently and for a competitive cost. We were really impressed with his services and will be sure to keep in touch.
First used Heat Tech a few years ago when our boiler packed in, everything has been grand. When we had a recent problem, Jordan was really quick to respond and came out on the same day and fixed the problem, we've been really lucky to find Heat Tech and will continue to use them with all our boiler needs.
Met Jordan today for the first time. He delivered a great service. He was great at communicating and kept me informed of when he was coming. He serviced my boiler quickly and efficiently. He also serviced my fire which was trickier but he took it all in his stride. Great to meet you Jordan would highly recommend.
