Simon turned up at the appointed time to flush out my 95 year old mother-in-law’s central heating system. He was recommended to me by a former colleague after she had repairs done on her boiler. He was very professional and polite and completed the job in a timely fashion. He took the time to explain to her what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is in need of his services.
Simon quoted us for the removal of an existing old boiler and the installation of a new one. The price quoted was competitive and cheaper than two other quotations. Having previously had a service on our boiler by Simon my husband and I decided it was time to invest in a new one so we arranged for Simon to give us a quote which we accepted. We agreed a date for fitting and Simon and Steve arrived promptly with email and text reminders of the date. They completed the work in a day with no issues and respecting our property. Two professional and friendly approachable men who were a pleasure to have in our home.
