Disorganised and unprofessional I booked a time for a quote, taking time off to schedule this. They contacted me on the day, 30 mins after the scheduled time, to let me know that no one was available. I told them that I didn’t want to proceed with them given they’d been so disorganised and didn’t communicate. They then proceeded to bombard us with phone calls to book, despite me already telling them that I didn’t want to proceed. When I called to remind them of this, they hung up. I think that speaks volumes about the kind of service you can expect. Judging by the other recent review, it looks like we dodged a bullet.

Terrible company do not recommend

Interglow came out to do a quote for us on 12/10, a month and a half later, despite several chasing calls, I have not received a quote for the work. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with them.

This is ridiculous and pathetic agency assigned by councils agent Osborne for EPC. They gave consecutive 3 weeks for a day appointment and we took unpaid day offs for them and they failed to attend any of those and we lost earnings for 3 days. No one forcing them to do this job. They are highly paid by Dacorum council but their service is very very poor and disappointing. My humble request to any council NOT TO RECRUIT THIS AGENCY EVER.

I Used Interglow to carry out a EPC on our property due to selling our home and it had run out, at the time of the check being done it was assumed the walls were solid brick. We were then informed by a surveyor that it was actually cavity wall, which was then proved by removing 2 core hole vents which went though the walls. When Interglow were informed of this and proof sent via photos they disregarded this fact and were unwilling to accept this was the case due to the brick formation of the property, and unwilling to re check and up update the EPC. It wasn’t until we looked to get this re done by another assessor they finally accepted to re visit and re look at the walls. But even though we had 2 core hole vents to prove the property was cavity wall and insulated they still thought it necessary to drill a hole in our wall to check for themselves and charge for the work.
