Lee West T/A Red Squirrel Insulation

Lee came to visit our property and spent nearly an hour investigating the loft (which was encouraging). Afterwards though he went radio silent, was unresponsive to texts and calls rather than just saying that he didn't wish to quote for the job.

Lee renewed my loft insulation and installed a new loft ladder and hatch. The job involved removing the old hatch and broken ladder, plus the contents of the loft, which included a wooden bed frame, two redundant water tanks & the old, filthy insulation. He kindly removed all the cobwebs too! This job was completed in one day. Lee took great care in my home to ensure no damage & no mess. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Completely professional & reliable, my go to for all building works & repairs. Highly recommend.

Lee & Donovan were excellent, on time and professional. I am greatly impressed with the hard work they did firstly removing all the old insulation and then the next hard task of relaying the top quality insulation they provided. Not only was his work fast and to a very high standard - his loft insulation has transformed the temperature regulation in my flat - but I felt safe and respected while he worked with his colleague (who was also wonderful). I found Red Squirrel via CheckaTrade. I immediately got a call from Lee to say he could take the job on. It was to remove some old broken wardrobes and chest of drawers and some other junk from the house, which I couldn’t do myself. He came within an hour of calling and was courteous throughout. Lee swept and cleaned up the remaining debris and left our driveway spotless!!! We would highly recommend thank you Lee!
