Punctual, tidy workmanship and clear communication run through the accounts left for Leodis Boilers & Heating in Leeds. A number of customers describe engineers arriving when promised and completing boiler repairs and installations quickly, with one same-day assessment followed by next-day fixing of a leaking pipe. A theme running through the feedback is the care taken to keep disruption to a minimum, whether fitting a new boiler, installing electric underfloor heating during an en suite refit or working through a full kitchen refurbishment.

Reviews regularly refer to Rachel, praised for handling initial enquiries in a friendly and responsive manner, and Frank, described as knowledgeable, approachable and conscientious about leaving the property clean. The thorough survey that uncovered rot in two joists before work began is singled out, along with the fair quotes and the follow-up after completion.

Customers note that jobs were scheduled without lengthy waits, that pricing felt reasonable for the standard of work, and that the results have remained satisfactory years later, with underfloor heating still performing well after two winters. The willingness to return and check on finished work features in more than one account, as does the ease of dealing with the same team from first call to final handover.
