My mum had some awful experiences with other loft companies, who kept letting her down and not carrying out the work properly, which ended up costing her even more money. From the moment I spoke to Dean, I felt completely reassured. He was at my mum’s house within the hour, identified the problems straight away, and sent clear video evidence explaining exactly what needed to be done. Dean’s professionalism, knowledge, and customer service were absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us confidence that the job would be done properly. Really happy with the service from Dean and the team. They removed all the old loft insulation, cleaned everything out properly, and left the space tidy. The guys were polite, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Work was done efficiently with no hassle, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Dean arrived promptly for the survey appointment and provided a very full description of the work needed and the method of execution of the undertaking. Kirsty and Luke provided great assistance in providing the detailed information of the technical aspects of the work and the follow up information. Brett and Grant arrived on time and immediately prepared the property for the work to be undertaken. They worked extremely hard over the 2 days and ensured that the work was completed to a high standard and that the property was left immaculately clean and tidy. All aspects of the job were undertaken to the high standards described in the initial proposal provided by the company. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Brett and Grant who undertook to remove the heavy items from the loft and to return them to the loft on completion of the job - a great gesture to assist elderly customers and certainly not part of the job description. My sincere thanks to all at Next Generation for their excellent customer service.

I have had my roof and insulation replaced by Next Generation and I cannot praise the team enough.Dean explained everything kept me updated on progress and was always available to answer any questions. Firstly is the most Dean approachable contractor I have ever worked with and I do for a living! When we reached out to him about the difficulty we were having making a sale with my mum‘s loft (spray foam insulation) he was honest and open and keen to help. Having to do everything remotely from 300 miles away was a real challenge, but Dean and his team did everything possible to make it work. The loft had closed cell insulation onto a non-breathable membrane. We had quotes from so many people and none of them were the same (some promising things that were cheaply priced around 3k but sounded unrealistic and only when pressed did we hear things like “50% success rate” and then bigger price tags emerging- up to 25k!) We were recommended Dean by a surveyor who had seen his Work previously and said it was the best cleanest Work he had seen and there were no problems getting a mortgage once he had done the work. Dean was the 1st to provide us with clear evidence of the testing he done. He showed us why we couldn’t have ice blasting without damaging the roof. He explained what was needed was a full removal and replacement - we went for a new roof with dark tiles as this had looked very good on neighbouring properties. His pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work he proposed. Dean answered so many calls with many questions and always dealt with things personally. They repaired anything that needed it along the way and did a fantastic job tidying up knowing we are trying to sell. The roof looks amazing and we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. The work was completed very fast and they were very popular with the neighbours, they started a new roof trend on the street- everybody wanted one! We are very hopeful that we get a sale quickly now this is done and will update this review following that with how it went with his guarantee and the surveyors etc. Overall Dean and his team were true lifesavers.

Grant and Brett from Next Generation Insulation did an excellent job insulating and boarding our loft. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained the process well, kept everything tidy, and constantly showed me the process throughout completing the job to a high standard. The loft is now well insulated and the boarding has created a much more practical storage space. Really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend the company.
