They installed our air source heat pump and solar panels and did a great job. Very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. And aftercare has also been good. Would recommend.
Working with Next Step Heating has been an easy and informative process. Kaspar and Stephanie have been very timely and articulate throughout with their recommendations and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
Kaspar and his team recently installed a new solar PV system and water tank. At every step of the process from design to final handover, they were thorough, patient, courteous and professional.
Kaspar and his team installed a heating and ventilation system at my home. They were efficient and professional throughout. They even managed the BUS grant funding application for the Air Source Heat Pump. Would recommend.
Next Step advised on our heat pump installation and configuration, using a combination of Vaillant ASHP and Heatmiser controls. Great advice and support, and we're very happy with the outcome.
Next Step Heating installed an air-source heat pump hot water and space heating system and MVHR for our Victorian terrace refurbishment project, and managed the BUS grant process. Kaspar and team are great - easy to communicate with all the way through, efficient, delivered on time, good installers, included everything you need in the handover pack and carried out a 1:1 walkthough with me of the system control and operation. We are very happy with the systems and would definitely recommend Kaspar and Next Step Heating to others.
Next Step Heating installed a completely new hot water and heating system in my home, from the planning stages to completion. The system included a hot water cylinder, air source heat pump and solar panels. Kaspar and his team knew exactly what they were doing, and at every stage of the process they provided excellent advise and expertise. We received estimates advising on how to install a system that would be more cost efficient and environmentally sound, and after choosing to go ahead with the work it was a pleasure to work with them. Efficient, professional, reliable at all stages. I am really happy with the new system! Kaspar was always available to discuss any questions I had, and completed the work to a very high standard and within the time frame had been laid out.
