Northern Eco Installations

This company really know their stuff. It was only by chance that I found out about them. I saw something on the web and wasnt going to bother but for some reason I revisited it and I am so glad I did. The first surveyor was here in just a couple of days and nothing was too much trouble for him. He really helped me with ascertaining my eligibility for the scheme and was a joy to have in the house. The only stumbling block did NOT come from the company, it came from the local authority and they slowed things down a fair bit. It was all to do with the single person discount for council tax, they accepted I received this but sent out the council tax notices in two names not one. I received excellent support from Kayleigh who was completely unflappable while I was having a meltdown. Many thanks Kayleigh. Once that hurdle was overcome it was back to smooth running again and the central heating was installed earlier this month. I had only ever had storage heaters here and the difference was unbelievable. I have been able to enjoy temperatures that the old storage heaters couldnt match even on a high setting. My only regret is I never saw the ad sooner, it has really made living here in winter enjoyable rather than being a chore.

I was very impressed with the install. The workers where so careful when filling the gaps ect in coving.

Right from the initial contact with Northern ECO communication has been very good. They explained the process clearly, always at hand to help with any problems, plus these were always resolved professionally and efficiently. The company chosen to undertake the work were excellent and all work was completed to a very high standard leaving the place tidy and all rubbish taken away through out the installation period. A massive thank you to all the Northern ECO team from first contact to final aftercare visit and I would highly recommend them. I'm really glad to have this chance to give feedback on the recently completed work at my home. This included roof insulation, a new boiler, exterior wall insulation, new radiator valves and fitting extractor fans. Staff were very straightforward to deal with, the office kept me informed about what was happening and were really helpful when it came to making or changing appointments. The surveyors were very efficient and the installation was carried out in a really professional way. The whole process, from start to finish, was carried out in a very capable way and I always got the impression that people genuinely wanted to help and that any problem could be sorted out. I can genuinely recommend Northern Eco in every respect.

Amazing team from surveyors to the office staff. Surveyors were polite, punctual & very informative of the timescale & process for my elderly father. The office staff were extremely patient & helpful throughout, making the online application process a lot simpler than if we'd had to do it alone. Northern ECO did an ECO retrofit and what a fantastic job they made of it all! We're totally delighted. The admin staff phoned us regularly to make appointments and to keep us abreast of what needed to be done. They were professional and polite, and communicated well. The surveyors also were brilliant, explaining the technology, checking over work, and making sure we were safe. I think the last surveyor we had the pleasure of meeting was Paul (I think), who was meticulous, and had fantastic product knowledge (particularly with regard to his Radbots)! A very hardworking and reliable team, who delivered on their promise to install full central heating and insulation. This was a challenging situation for them, but they coped admirably, putting in long days to see the job through, and still finding time to clear up after themselves each day. Excellent result!
