Most recent review - 16/09/2026: Just to follow up from my recent review below. Tom & Rhys arrived as planned yesterday morning to refit hob, new sink & tap. Another brilliant job! Both worked so hard & completed all jobs to perfection along with being the most pleasant tradesmen I have met in a very long time. Everywhere was left immaculate, I couldn't fault a single thing. I have already recommended Tom @ NXGN services to many of my friends & family. First review: - I just cannot thank Tom enough - NXGN Services Ltd I had been let down by so many plumbers over a number of weeks that I very nearly gave up. I am having new worktops on an existing kitchen so needed the sink, tap & hob removed & a separate job which was to remove a radiator in the hallway & replace it with a new one. I contacted Tom, he arranged a day & time to come to look at what was needed & give me a quote. He arrived on time, he was so personable, knowledgeable & he advised me exactly what he would need to do to complete the job. Tom spoke to the company who I was having new worktops from to clarify details & ensure everything was complete from the plumbing & electrics side of things so that the worktops could be fitted on the 14th September. Tom sent me a detailed quote which involved precisely what work he would be carrying out & how much it would cost which I confirmed immediately. Tom & Rhys arrived on time, both were so personable which means so much when you are on your own at home. Tom talked me through what they would both be responsible for & they definitely delivered! All jobs were completed very professionally, everywhere was left so clean & tidy, honestly, I could not recommend this company enough. I am so thankful to have found Tom, this will be a company I will continually use for all future work & I will be recommending to family & friends. Tom will be returning next Tuesday, 15th September to fit my new sink, tap & re-fit the hob......I shall be sending a very long review again as it is well deserved & hopefully it helps everyone out there when you are looking for a brilliant & reliable tradesman!! Tom was great from start to finish. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly. I have zero plumbing knowledge, but he explained the whole process, ordered everything we needed for the bathroom and gave us a clear price range before we agreed to go ahead. He arrived on time and had the job completed within the hour. He was friendly, professional and reliable throughout. I’ve saved his number for any future issues! Highly recommended.

Tom was excellent. He was able to visit my property promptly, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. He was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. This is the second time that we have used Tom's services. This time he carried out a full bathroom refurbishment. Throughout the entire process Tom was a pleasure to deal with, keeping us updated on the work progress daily. He was also very helpful giving us the benefit of his extensive experience suggesting changes that we might want to implement.
