Excellent service from One Step Installation! Had my attic spray-foamed by One Step Installation on December 2019 and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly. The insulation has made a real difference to the warmth of the house, ( only need oil on for 30/40minutes now and house is roasting) and I was pleased to find out my home was still fully mortgage-approvable afterwards. Highly recommend them to anyone considering spray foam insulation!

We had our cold workshop in Lisburn sprayed by OneStep it has truly transformed our working environment from a cold and what felt like a damp workplace to somewhere that we have to turn our heating off 😊obviously making our day much more pleasant and saving money on heating etc it’s a win win . The cost of the insulation was not only comparable with other less professional outfits carrying out sub standard work that said nothing sub standard about OneStep they work tidy fast and a pleasure to deal with from the start ! Emma is a lady who will go the extra mile and answer all your questions to make sure your experience is nothing but perfect and you get the correct product. Once work is underway Paul and his men won’t disappoint they will carry the job out in a quick and professional manner offering advice where required Hope to have another project for OneStep in the future their products really do transform any building!!! OneStep were very professional from start to finish - from initial survey and quick/tidy installation to providing all necessary documentation. They really proved themselves with their customer service a few years after installation however, when we faced queries about the spray foam when we came to sell our house. Emma in the team was an enormous help in addressing and navigating the queries - providing prompt responses and truly going the extra mile to ensure our sale went through. This included OneStep organising an additional advanced report as part of the requirements. Thanks again to Emma and the team for your help!

Excellent customer service from the start from Emma, she was very informative and prompt on coming back to me with any queries I had. The day of installation Paul and Jordan arrived on time and got straight to work. Paul is very knowledgeable, informing me of what product was used and the paperwork I would receive for the service provided. Delighted with the Service from One Step Insulation.

Gary and his team did an amazing job from start to finish ! Gary came in checked what needed to be done and in the same day we agreed on a price. Him and another person came in two days later to carry and finish the job. They came around 10am and left the house at 12h30. The work was carried on a very high standard and after completion they asked me to have a look. They were very friendly and answered a lot of questions i had around Spray Foam Insulation and some other questions around the product, moisture, mold, etc. I would def recommend him and his team as they were 6/5 stars ! A very positive experience. Highly recommended !!!! Contacted onestepinsulation and had a reply within the hour. Agreed terms, and had an inspection carried out the same day. The guys arrived at 8am the next morning and completed the job in no time. Very happy with the result and I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more from a company. My job was a little awkward to say the least, but nothing was too much trouble. The guys exceeded my expectations. If you're in the market for this type of product, give these guys a try. They won't let you down.
