Had Mackenzie out to fit us an outdoor tap and install a dishwasher in a slightly tricky location. He was very professional and efficient, and was really helpful in explaining a few things to me that I was confused about. I was very happy to run our first dishwasher load last night. The only downside with the service was that it's a little more expensive than if I'd found a self-employed plumber - but I think it was more than worth it to have someone that turned up when they said, and a back office that were really helpful in organising it all. Will use them again in the future!

Amazing service phoned Monday lunchtime as my boiler had broken down. Within 2 hours I had a very competent young man who diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that was needed. Tuesday afternoon I had a call to say another engineer would collect the part Wednesday morning and another pleasant and knowledgeable man called Geoff and repaired the boiler by 10am. Great service and Company.

Reached out to Carl this morning as heating system had lost pressure. Carl replied with simple answer to problem,that I fixed myself. Pure installed my boiler over 2 years ago,and despite the time lapse Carl took time out on a Saturday morning to answer my plea for help.Top man and top company.

I highly recommend Pure. We were left with no heating back in December when another company made a complete mess of our system. Pure came out the next day and fixed the issue in around 30 minutes. Chris Nuttall was the plumber and he was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use Pure again. Thank you.

After returning from a weekend break I came home to a leaking pipe in the kitchen. My downstairs neighbour also returned a bit later to discover that her bedroom had water pouring onto her bed from the light fitting. Attempts to stem the flow weren't too successful due to a stuck stoptap so an emergency plumber was required as it couldn't be left overnight. After calling 6 or 7 supposedly 24Hr emergency plumbers without success I tried Pure Heating & Plumbing Ltd and James the engineer was there in about an hour despite it being after 6PM on a Bank Holiday Monday and despite the fact he had to get babysitters in. James had the situation under control very quickly and was very professional and helpful and also able to advise on how to sort out the mess at my neighbours. I will definitely be using Pure again, especially as they have branched out to do electrical, security and other services under the name Pure Service.

We had a visit from a Pure & Heating engineer for our yearly service, he has been very professional and we were happy with his service. In his visit he highlighted that our boiler need to be replaced and we agreed with him. He promised us that the office will send us a quote within a couple of working days. Almost two weeks has passed and we are still waiting even if I have already request a quote a couple of times.

Pure Heating and Plumbing were great. They: - answered the phone straight away. - were able to send an engineer out the same day - asked sensible questions so the engineer who turned up was already equipped to deal with the job - Cameron the engineer was polite and helpful - he was able to repair rather than replace the problem quickly and effectively.
