R.A.J. Heating Ltd

RAJ installed a new oil boiler and a new fire-rated oil tank for us, complete with a new concrete base. They also arranged alterations to our garden wall to accommodate the tank we needed. The quote was detailed and transparent, and Robert was always happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The work took around 5 days, and the team were fantastic from start to finish - friendly, polite, tidy, and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with a few extra bits along the way! We couldn't be happier with the finished result and have already recommended RAJ to several other people. We'd happily use them again in the future. Thanks again!

A superb team, all very friendly and highly skilled. Had a recent installation of a new boiler system and welcomed them back for a service this week, very professional as always and would highly recommend!

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of R.A.J Heating Ltd. From the very first point of contact right through to completion, Rob and his team delivered an exceptional level of service that went far beyond anything I expected. I reached out just two weeks before my wife was due to give birth, as we were dealing with very poor water pressure due to our spring-fed supply. Naturally, timing was critical, and I was under quite a bit of pressure to get this resolved quickly. Rob responded promptly, visited our property, and immediately put my mind at ease. His knowledge, professionalism, and calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference. What really stood out was the care and attention he put into finding the right solution. He didn’t rush into a quick fix — instead, he took the time to properly assess everything and promised to come back with the best option for our home. True to his word, within a few days we received a detailed call and email explaining his proposed solution. Everything was clear, well thought-out, and tailored perfectly to our needs. Most importantly, he assured us the work would be completed in time for our new arrival — and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The installation itself was flawless. The team fitted a water pump that has completely transformed our water pressure — the difference is night and day. The engineers who carried out the work were friendly, respectful, and clearly took great pride in what they do. On top of that, when I mentioned I wanted to add a few isolators elsewhere in the house, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were happy to accommodate my requests and even took the time to check over my work afterwards, which really shows their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers. It’s rare to come across a company that combines such high-level expertise with genuine care for their customers, but R.A.J Heating Ltd have absolutely nailed it. Reliable, professional, approachable, and incredibly skilled — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish. Thanks Rob and his team

Great service today from Robert at R.A.J Heating Ltd. He was punctual, professional, and completed the job to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend his services.

RAJ renovated our heating system from conventional/hot water tank to a gas combi. They also serviced our gas fire. The job took 5 days and they turned up on time and respected the house. Would recommend these guys and will be using them again!

Delighted with the service and work from Robert and his team. Robert kept our old boiler working for as long as was possible, however, when the time came (and it didn’t owe us any thing, it was over 23 years old!), the provision and installation of the new boiler was excellent. Polite, considerate and tidy, the work was done to a high standard. It’s been several months now (took me a while to get around to writing the review!) and we would, and have, happily recommend Robert.

RAJ Heating just finished replacing our boiler and central heating system. We had a really great experience, the team of 4 engineers were always fantastic, punctual, polite and they did a great job of keeping dust to a minimum. They cleaned up well every evening and always replaced furniture when it had to be moved. We can’t rate RAJ Heating highly enough, thoroughly recommended. 😊👍
