Update: another fantastic service by Daniel. Really happy to have a consistent expert to do our services and give advice! Daniel turned up five minutes ahead of schedule and had the right balance of conversation and getting stuck into the ashp service. I had some questions about optimisation and configuration that he gave good answers and advice to. Very happy with the efficient service and will be using him again in the future for servicing and a few additional bits of work around optimising. 2nd Visit: another great service done with some great advice about the system.

I can't recommend the company highly enough, my previous maintenance company seemed to think it OK tomleave a 75 yr old female without heat for what would have been 5days. It only took an hour for this company to attend and fully repair and service my heat pump and I have to say I have never known it run so efficiently and quietly. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
Daniel has been brilliant this week . He messaged a ETA time .arrived prompt we had concerns our airsource pump needed glycol topped up drained etc. Job completed . Dan returned to rectify an airlock in sytem ( common problem ) with grant areno airsource pump after glycol added Our home heating is running as normal . We have now signed up for daniel to do our REGULAR SERVICE Daniel is very a knowledgable engineer . Daniel is our go to engineer for our underfloor heating
