I spent hours reading reviews & doing some homework in hoping to find ‘The One’. With a handful of possibilities I went through each one, some said I was just outside of their area by a mile or so. Some never bothered calling back because they were probably after a bigger job. Luckily my sister passed me a number & said ring Simon, (SC Plumbing & Heating Services) she’d used him a couple of times & was happy with his service. Thankfully Simon was ‘The One’…he is polite, professional, considerate of your home, tidy & will go out of his way to help you in anyway. Simon & his team came, removed some old radiators, rerouted the piping under the floorboards for some newer models. Made sure everything was tested & in good working order, tidied up after themselves & the price? Worth every penny. Definitely not losing this number.
I cannot recommend Simon enough! I found him on Tiktok!!! He did a fantastic job on my shower, arriving on time and being incredibly polite and respectful of my home. He kept everything spotless and put everything back how he found it, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was his kindness, the job took a few hours longer than expected due to the front panel of my bath being glued to the floor, layered with screws and then wooden floor fitted on top. He had to take up some of my wooden flooring to gain access. I think at this point, most plumbers would have given up! THEN he made extra time once he had finished to install new taps, even though it wasn't in the original plan. It was extra work for him, but he did it without hesitation just to be helpful. A truly professional and kind-hearted tradesman. Thank you. I will definitely be using him again. Next time for my boiler. Please refer to photos. The black shower & taps are amazing and are a big improvement from the silver taps. It has also increased my water pressure and fixed the previous leak I had whilst using the bath.
Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer focused, cost effective and tidy. Following a recent recommendation, I have recently had some works completed by S.C Plumb8ing & H3ating9 Services within my home. An initial review of the job was done and I was talked through the root cause and potential solutions before the works were completed - before Christmas might I add! On the basis of the works that I have had done and from my observations so far, I would not hesitate to recommend S.C Plumb8ing & H3ating9 Services. Good, honest and reliable tradesmen are hard to come by.
