Ryan and his team (John and Josh) came to my home today to service my thermal solar panels. Ryan had previously visited to inspect my system and provided me with a quotation. It was all very professional and timely. Ryan kept me informed at all stages. He sourced all the materials and did the job today. Again, a very professional job. They arrived at the appointed time and got cracking straight away. Ryan explained each step as he was doing it and checked and re-checked his work as he went. All three of the team were respectful of my property and very polite. It was all real pleasure to deal with Ryan and his team. I cannot recommend Thermatek highly enough. Having spent a working life dealing with various trades, I was very impressed with John and his assistant. Their friendly manner, approach to the job, expertise and interpretation of their clients wishes was superb. Everything was left in a very clean and tidy order.
From first call to Ryan at 9 am to John arriving at my door at 11am the same day the service was excellent and very professional. Two really nice guys who know what they are doing and John had my boiler back up and running after 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.
