We had a couple of thermostats fitted a number of years ago from tri power. Unfortunately whilst we were on holiday we had a power outage. When we returned we found the thermostat was no longer working. I contacted Tri power to advise & they sent a new part in the post within a couple of days (without any charge). We recived the part via next day delivery. Thermostat has now been fitted & we are fully operational again. Great customer service & prompt resolution. I would highly recommend. Thanks
Just want to thank the team at Tri-power, especially Denise, Wayne and Neil, for all their help - their advice and technical assistance in getting my Rotex Theta control box repaired and back to me quickly and efficiently is very much appreciated - merci beaucoup et très bien!
A Big Thank you to Wayne and Team at Tri-power Environmental. Very professional and quick to respond. They got our air source heating back up and running even though was a public holiday. Once again Thank you Wayne!!
A great experience from start to finish, Wayne and his team went above and beyond with my installation from planning stage right through to finish. We are delighted with our new heat pump and would definitely recommend Tri-Power to anyone thinking about updating their heating system.
