My first experience with UFH, and no issues so far, so I assume the quality of the products is good. However, the best part is the aftersales service and care. I’ve had reason to call a few times for help and advice post-install, and the team, Charlie in particular, cannot do enough to help. It’s certainly not a “sell you a product and then forget about you” type of business. Thanks very much!

I contacted UK underfloor heating regarding a small plastic component that needed replacing. Having found the part on another website, the staff at UK underfloor heating searched and found the same part in stock. As I live in Sheffield, I said I would drive to collect but since this was such a small component of little value, the staff offered it gratis. This is extremely rare these days and I appreciate the care and attention they give to their customers. I would highly recommend them for parts and components and for other services.
What a fabulous company. They supplied my Underfloor Heating system 8 years ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. When it developed an annoying whistle recently, Charlie went above and beyond to diagnose what was wrong and get a replacement part to me. His product knowledge and approach to issue resolution was impressive to say the least. I can’t praise their customer service highly enough. Everyone in the office is helpful and responsive to requests for support. And Charlie is a real pleasure to deal with !!
