Dan not only did a brilliant job with laying the underfloor heating, he was also incredibly supportive when we had a flooring issue. The issue was nothing to do with the UFHS, but in spite of this, Dan supported us over a long period to help us get a resolution. Couldn’t recommend SUFH enough 👍🏼👍🏼

We received excellent service from the Underfloor Heating Shop who were recommended by our plumber. Dan made the whole process very easy and straightforward. He carried out an initial site visit to discuss our requirements and provided a very clear quotation for supply of all the necessary equipment and installation. They were happy to work around our house refurbishment timescales and installed the pipe work within a single day and organised the screed to be laid the following day. The underfloor heating was laid on the ground floor in the kitchen, dining room, utility and hallway (with provision made for installing it in the lounge at a later stage) The flooring was a combination of solid slab and suspended timber floors over the cellar, requiring two different thicknesses of screed; 75mm and 25mm respectively. Dan designed the pipe work to be spaced at 100mm centres to allow for future connection to a heat pump. The underfloor heating works really well and the system operates at 40 degrees. Our gas bill has almost halved over conventional radiators (although we also took the opportunity to insulate the floors and external walls - which will have contributed to the energy efficiency) We would certainly recommend the Underfloor Heating Shop who were a pleasure to work with.
