Wayne did an amazing job of fixing our underfloor heating, and he did it at short notice within 2 days of my call. He squeezed us in one evening before going on holiday, after we'd been let down by another company. It feels like the first time our UHF has ever worked properly - I'm so impressed, and Wayne's service was great: speedy, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Wayne provides a first class service for a difficult and specialist technology, underfloor heating. His expertise and efficiency, as well as the way he explains it and makes it understandable, is fantastic for people who are unfamiliar with the heating method. We recently made some alterations/ extension work on our Kitchen Diner and Hallway. We were struggling where to relocate radiators. We approached Wayne at Warmsoles to enquire about UFH. Wayne was really informative and explained all the pros and cons. We were concerned about floor height and levels, but the micropipes were a fantastic way around this. Wayne liaised with our builder to sort dates and everything went ahead as scheduled. We can now control the temperature in different rooms in the house all through an app on phone. Fantastic service from start to finish.
Really happy with Waynes recommendations to upgrade our UFH controls. Communication with Wayne throughout has been superb; very professional; turned up when he said he would and a decent commute to Cheshire as-well. Real top chap and he deserves to do well with his business 👍
Companies should take lessons from Wayne about after care and customer service which is brilliant would highly recommend Wayne from warm soles underfloor heating to anyone. R Davies Lincolnshire
To find someone who clearly knows what they are talking about with underfloor heating is so rare. Wayne is very knowledgeable, competent, and does not over-charge. Very clean, punctual and keeps you informed. We would highly recommend him if you need any help with your system, guaranteed not to disappoint. Many plumbers will tell you they can handle UFH but they can’t, you need a specialist, like Wayne who brought our 15+ year system right up to date.
