Mike and his team did a brilliant job of replacing my 60 years old water cylinder that was leaking and making loud knocking sounds, with a new Sadia . All done seamlessly in a day very efficiently. Mike knows his stuff! Thanks again

We have had a fantastic experience with Mike and 365 plumbing. After moving into a new house we discovered a fault with the boiler and that all the central heating pipes were totally blocked. Mike replaced our boiler and all the pipework for a very reasonable price. Despite the job being much bigger than expected he ensured the job was completed without delays, to a very high standard. We will certainly be using Mike for any future work we need with the plumbing in the house and would highly recommend!

Mike and his team at 365 are a rarity. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, tidy, and competitively priced, and they are always willing to go above and beyond. They supply high-quality products and workmanship, and they take the time to explain the proposed work in advance so that you, as the customer, fully understand what will be done and feel confident with the plan. Before installing the boiler, Mike identified a couple of issues that had arisen as a result of work carried out by other tradespeople. He took the initiative to rectify these problems, which removed a great deal of stress for me and ensured everything was put right. I would highly recommend this excellent company.

I recently had a Vaillant boiler installed by Mike from 365 Heating and Plumbing Ltd, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Mike was punctual, highly professional, and kept the working area incredibly tidy throughout the day. ​What impressed me most was the clear communication and the efficiency in handling the paperwork. Immediately after finishing the job, Mike provided the Benchmark logbook, Gas Safe certificate, and the Vaillant guarantee documents. ​It’s rare to find such a reliable and organized tradesperson. We had a few plumbing issues that needed attention. The usual plumber that we have used for many years and been very happy with had unfortunately retired. We looked around and read reviews on different plumbing companies and we came across 365 which seems to have very good reviews. We contacted 365 and immediately Mike answered the phone. He sounded polite, professional and helpful and told us that he would get somebody out to us in the afternoon and they would phone us when they were on their way. True to Mikes word Jake contacted us 15 minutes prior to arriving to tell us that he was on his way. Jake and Bailey (apprentice) arrived looking very smart, they were polite, friendly, cheerful, professional and very knowledgeable, Jake looked at our various issues and was very thorough in explaining what could be done and also gave plenty of choice and advice to ensure that we knew the various options as to what could be done! After we had discussed, what was going to happen and be done, Jake contacted Mike and came back and gave us a price for the job, which we thought was a reasonable price, obviously the parts would be added on top. Jake and Bailey went off to get the parts that they needed for the job and came back and did the job. They did a very nice neat job ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and left everything clean and tidy and didn’t leave any rubbish behind. Jake showed us each job that they had done and explained what they had done and ensured that we were happy with everything that had been done. We were very pleased with the final bill and true to their word, the final invoice included the exact price that we had been quoted for and the parts and we thought that the final bill was very reasonable. We were very happy with 365 Heating and plumbing and we will be using their services again and we would highly recommend their services.
