Nathaniel from Heat Firm Ltd did an amazing job quickly and at very short notice. The online booking system allowed me to choose my exact time and pay for each Gas Safe Certificate separately. He even texted me his ETA. Great job.
Very disappointed, payed for the service fees £75 and nothing been done just a battery change and a day after having still the same issues and being left in the coldest day with no heat...I thought they're professional.... and fix the problem....but only been charged and wasn't sorted the issue!!!
