In Leeds, the thread running through feedback for A Tech Installs LTD is the trust customers place in Attila, the engineer named in nearly every account. Reviews regularly refer to that he turns up when he promises and is courteous and professional throughout. A theme running through the feedback is the calibre of the completed job: fitting new boilers, yearly servicing, repairs, powerflushing heating systems, clearing blocked pipes and overhauling a gas fire with fresh rope seals and a safety check.

Customers writing about their orders describe how he sets out the choices, including whether to mend or replace a boiler, and how a service includes checking water pressures and bleeding radiators. Tidiness receives the same steady praise, with work areas kept clean during the job and cleared completely once he finishes. People also value his respectful manner in their homes and the plumbing and heating guidance he gives. Neighbours along the same road have called on the firm for installations across several years, and the engineer returns annually to service the boilers he originally fitted, which customers regard as going well beyond what was asked.
