Nick and his team installed a heat pump for us over 5 days. Throughout the process we were reassured by the quality of the workmanship, the friendliness of the team and the attention to detail. They were happy for us to ask questions and we were kept informed throughout the process. The new piping is like a work of art and it was a shame it had to be insulated!

The Duo Renewable Heating team returned to complete a full annual service. The heat pump system had worked very smoothly since installation a year ago. The service was thorough and included removing and cleaning all the panels on the heat pump, which looks like new once again.
