Other companies were not interested but Kyle came up with a plan that suited me. The design was thorough and he answered a barrage of questions. Communication was excellent throughout. It took the team about 4 days to fit the ashp with new rads and cylinder. Everyone was friendly, polite, tidy and hard working. Brian came the following day, commissioned the system and talked us through everything we needed to know. And answered all questions All in all it was a really good experience from design, through to installation with our home left tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

With electricity prices decoupling from gas, the explosive nature of the energy market and knowing my family and I must play a part in reducing emissions, we decided to move over to an ASHP. Fortunately I work in the sector and manage several contracts installing measures such as ASHPs, so I knew what we wanted and I knew what good looks like, I just didn't know who we wanted to install it. We reached out to several suppliers, including some I had worked with before, and Kyle's 'My Air Source Company'. We had a broad spectrum of quotes and recommendations, some national, some local, but only two aligned with the standards we wanted and performance we were aiming for - out of those two, only one provided a reasonably priced quote - and that was 'My Air Source Company'. Fast-forward just a few weeks and we had an approved grant, a system design, performance outcomes, pipe runs, tech specs, cosmetics, etc. This process was swift, and while it was challenging due to the house (large 200 year old farmhouse), the team were all responsive in working through those challenges to get a design we were happy with, at a cost we were happy with. Added to this, the team managed to keep to their proposed installation dates, even with an ever changing spec. During installation there were plenty of curveballs too, including a perfectionist client, but the team worked through each and the end product is excellent. It's very early still, but the system seems to be far exceeding designed performance and there have been no issues. Overall I would happily recommend My Air Source Company to anyone who asks, both professionally and personally. We have just had a Valliant Air Source Heat pump installed by the Air Source Company to replace our current electric boiler which was costing us a fortune. From the initial meet with Kyle, to the final handover they have been nothing but exceptional. The overall service we have received from them has been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble and the grant process was applied for by Kyle and approved by the government overnight. Our unit was installed on our drive so we needed ground works to allow for the pipe to be fitted underground. Everything was installed perfectly by Mikey and handed over to the installer / electrician for the Airsource. The installation took around 3 days. Following the install we had a waste collection arranged immediately by Kyle and all our certification through within 24 hours. Our garage space for install was quite tight, so we asked the installers for their advice on relocating the washing machine to free up some space, they even went above and beyond and relocated the washing machine for us to make the space much more manageable to work around our existing gym equipment. Overall we are extremely happy with the full service provided by the air source company, do not hesitate to contact Kyle if you’re wanting a speedy and efficient service.
After extensive research and whittling down, I finally went with Air Source Company. Right from the first survey where there was no pressure whatsoever, to the final installation and commissioning, the process was handled expertly and meticulously. One of the main worries for me was our existing heating system pipework of 10mm micro bore. I was worried about the upheaval and cost of having to have a larger gauge system installed but this company already had a track record of installing systems with micro bore that had proven very successful. At the survey, they took on all of my needs but where necessary discussing compromises due to technical/engineering issues, that in the end proved to be absolutely spot on. The team that came to carry out the work were just brilliant, heads down and just getting on with it. The system is now fully commissioned and we couldn't be happier. In the present climate, it's great to get rid of our old oil guzzling boiler.
This silver tongued company highly recommended the ebac heat pump. The installation was planned for 3 days but it was 70 days until commissioning was completed. We were without central heating for 2 weeks in December We have issues with the unit and they have stopped responding to us, after stringing us along for months. They say all the right things like giving us compensation for the inconvenience they caused us, but this never surfaced. Avoid this company.
