Prompt and personable service runs through the accounts left for this Liverpool plumbing and heating firm, where Tony is named repeatedly for arriving quickly and resolving issues on the first visit. Several buyers describe faults traced and parts ordered without delay, with urgent call-outs slotted in even when diaries are full. Several accounts note clear advice on options, from choosing a fire for a front room to planning a full bathroom strip-out with a walk-in shower, tiling, flooring and plastering. Quotes are given quickly and described as fair, and the work itself is reported as tidy, with no mess left behind and careful measuring for follow-up jobs.

A Worcester Bosch boiler installation is singled out as a job well done, while another account notes a long-running leak found and repaired during a radiator fitting. Communication stands out throughout, with emails and links sent to help a customer decide, and the team is described as kind, friendly and eager to assist wherever possible. Paul receives particular praise for patience and excellent customer service, and the standard of workmanship is described as consistent across boiler repairs, radiator installations and complete bathroom renovations.
