Apex heat

Praise for the proprietor Wayne dominates feedback from customers in the Hull area, with his name recurring across almost every account. Several describe boiler replacements, combi boiler installations and central heating work carried out to a high standard, alongside annual gas servicing and repairs to existing systems. Reliability and punctuality are mentioned repeatedly, with customers noting that he arrives when expected and stays until the task is finished. Reviewers repeatedly mention the tidiness of the work, from clean pipework to immaculate van interiors, and the care taken to leave no mess behind.

Clear quotes and fair pricing also feature, including a detailed quotation that specified every cost before work began. Communication stands out, whether he is diagnosing a fault, explaining options for an old boiler or offering maintenance advice afterwards. One account describes him taking time to identify the real cause of a problem and recognising when another trade was needed rather than pushing a replacement. Reviewers also highlight his friendly and professional manner, his willingness to fit customers in around a busy schedule and the thorough service given to long-standing clients who call him back each year for servicing.
