Good experience from Apex. The two operatives carrying out the work were pleasent and polite and answered any questions that I had in a professional and understandable way. The work was carried out to a high standard and I would definately recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank both Tom & Natalie for their help and support on my screed journey. They were extremely supportive. Tom explained the various screed mixtures, gave additional advice on checking measurements were correct to ensure my order was the most cost effect for what I needed over underfloor heating. My build is due to my husband’s progressive illness and they did not question me at all in relation to my non payment of VAT due to disability. The 3 lads on the day (apologies I didn’t get their names) were great, especially explaining to me the issues around the raised gully, but they worked round this to ensure the job was done to a very high standard. I cannot thank them enough for providing such a great service. Excellent job xx

I had the team from Apex in 15/04/2026 for approx 45mm of liquid screed in the entire downstairs (45m2) over underfloor heating pipes. The team turned up early, got everything set up, taking extra care to sheet up thoroughly around my new door, very knowledgeable and gave advice on the specific screed I had chosen when it comes to curing the slab properly and turning my underfloor heating on in the correct way to commission the system. The screed mixer / delivery that i had chosen turned up on time but shortly after starting, it became evident the batch that had been supplied was terrible (the initial bit at the top of mix was ok). Shortly after the pour started the team stopped them and sent them away for fresh, and began manually scooping out with flexible buckets the bad batch. The Apex team really care about the quality of their work and despite the hiccup with the supplier that was out of their control the results speak for themselves. Top service, 10/10
