Ecoheat Northwest Limited

Gas engineering and heating work around Bolton forms the backdrop to feedback that is consistently warm in tone. Customers describe the team as friendly and professional, with the engineer Jon singled out for his knowledge and easy manner, while the wider crew is praised for being a pleasure to deal with from the initial call through to completion. More than one review highlights reliability and punctuality, noting that appointments are honoured and that properties are left tidy. Rapid responses feature often, including a combi boiler that had failed being fixed inside an hour and a gas hob leak attended to soon after contact.

Workmanship is described in positive terms, whether the task is a small repair or a full heating installation, and the engineers are said to go further than expected to get the job finished quickly. One account of a new boiler being fitted highlights the effort made to complete everything in a single day. Communication is another theme, with updates before and after the work and a sense that nothing is too much trouble for the team, leaving customers inclined to return for future projects.
