We needed a new boiler and called Beaumont Heating Services. Rio came round the same day to give us a quote. He walked us through our best options and most efficient. It was meant to be a quick job - just connecting up a gas hob, and some fitters would simply do that, no questions asked. But not Rio! No, he insisted on carrying out a leak check and we are so glad he did! He found a quite serious leak, capped off our supply and located it. Turned out it was coming from the governor (on top of the meter), so this was a job for the gas network. A phone call to the emergency number and the engineer came in 30 minutes and replaced the part - excellent service. Rio came back a couple of days later to fit the hob, but still checked the integrity of the system. REALLY good service from a conscientious operative. VERY happy. Well done Rio!

I recently had a new boiler installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation itself was far from straightforward as the boiler had to be fitted in a very awkward position, underneath a window in a front porch and the flue route to the outside presented its own challenges. Despite this, the engineer handled everything with real skill and professionalism. You could tell he took the time to plan the job properly, working through the tricky aspects without cutting corners. The end result iwas a clean, neat installation that works perfectly and looks great. Rio was punctual, polite, and kept everything tidy throughout the job, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable gas engineer.
