We called Hampshire Heating services about a boiler service. The service was carried out this morning by Jay. I was very impressed with the communication between us about which service was required and the parts needed. Jay turned up on time and carried out the service quickly and cleanly. We had our gas cut off due to a detected leak in the pipeworks. We called Hampshire Heating Services and they had one of their engineers, Ollie, round to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes! After the diagnostics was completed, he carried out the work there and then. The finished pipework was to an exceptionally high standard. I was really impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work and how personable the technician was. Thank you Ollie and the rest of the team, we really appreciate your hard work in getting our gas back on! Especially being a Saturday evening! So grateful.

All parts of the process have been straight forward, clear, on time, reasonable priced and professional. Their engineer Oliver done a very good job installing the new combi boiler, explaining all my options and staying late (7 PM) to complete the job as promised.
