We recently had a new boiler installed by Boilerhut. The job was two days and the installers did a fantastic job. Everything was explained to us and left clean and tidy after the work with minimal disruption for us. Highly recommend.
Anthony was great. It was a tricky job and I’ve had my fair share of cowboy tradesman but both boiler hut and the engineer himself helped restore the faith! Would deffo recommend, reasonable prices in comparison to other companies. So far so good with the boiler

I had a boiler installed by Boilerhut around 3–4 years ago. The installation workmanship guarantee is 2 years. I contacted them previously about a pipe that had been fitted incorrectly and they sent someone to fix the issue, which was resolved at the time. Recently another pipe connected to the boiler (condensate pipe) started leaking and causing damage in the house. An engineer from the boiler manufacturer mentioned that the pipe may have been installed incorrectly and said they would contact Boilerhut as well. When I contacted Boilerhut, I was told the installation was now outside the 2-year workmanship guarantee and that I should contact a local plumber instead. After posting this review I received an email asking me to remove it within 24 hours and stating they could take action that may cost up to £5000. I am only sharing my experience so other customers can make their own decision.
Just had our old standard boiler system updated to a combo boiler. Fantastic service, received updates and information before installation. Anthony was an absolute star! He removed the old one and fitted the new one in 2 days. Very happy
I recently used Boiler Hut for a property we manage at my workplace to replace the boiler. Paul was really easy to communicate with, he made the whole process easy, explained everything in detail and very organised. Definitely using their services again!
