Great service, he got called through Utilities Warehouse when our heating pump went. Really knowledgeable and a nice guy, good with the cats also 😁
During boiler service, Engineer discovered that the condenser trap was full and commented that due to the amount if debris it had not been cleaned/emptied for years. He proceeded to clean it....he was not happy about the state of previous services we had received. He was very polite and pleasant during his visit (sorry but forgot his name !).

Absolutely fantastic service. Andac was available quickly and arrived on time. He performed a thorough boiler check and service including inspection of the gas mains and hot water tank. He also completed a tricky washing machine installation with no fuss or mess. He was honest, positive and polite throughout too. Highly recommend.
Had an issue with my toilet and contacted Andac for the first time. He was really polite on the phone and gave a good advice. Came the next day and did a brilliant job at an affordable rate. I recommend him highly.
