Wow, had a tall brick pillar \ gate post rebuilt at short notice. I can highly recommend Brenden Fern Ltd. The brickwork is first class and puts rest of my wall to shame. The colour matching of the brick to existing bricks was PERFECT. I was kept updated throughout (prior and during the works). I can honestly say they are top notch and very reliable; and the price was very competitive. Would I recommend - i certain would; so much so, i will be using Brenden Fern Ltd for all future works i have on my house, whether that is internal or external. A++++++++

Didn't expect the surveyor to turn up late when I was told he would be at my house at between 10-12 .. Shame lost a lot of work ..( must have plenty of work on )

Chris was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgable when he came to our house to take measurements for a quote. He didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t want, but was receptive to what we wanted and keen to work to our requirements. We ended up having some joists and floorboards replaced and the service was quick and efficient, the work was superb and done to an incredibly high standard. The work people were trustworthy and did a great job. Thanks Brenden Fern, would recommend!

I recently used Brenden Fern for a boiler service. The engineer (Pat?) was really polite, pleasant and helpful. He took the time to show me how to top up the boiler and explained things clearly. I would definetly recommend this company and will use them again.

Very pleased with the work Pat did from Brendon Fern. We needed a new valve, regulator and some pipework repair on my gas boiler. Pat's professionalism, patience, workmanship, knowledge, expertise, customer guidance and advice was first class. On a quality scale between 1 and 10, where 1 is poor and 10 is excellent, then I would give Pat a "score or 11" (eleven). So, well done Pat and well done Brendon Fern.

We needed a new kitchen and a wall removed and had previously been let down by three other contractors so we contacted Brenden Fern. Within a few days Chris came to have a look at the job and advised on the best way to proceed taking into consideration our specific requirements. From the very first visit by Chris to the last day the job was completed we found everyone who worked on the project from tradesmen to apprentice to be friendly, professional and very hard working. One requirement was a corner sink which was proving problematic due to size and space but Chris went above and beyond and sourced a suitable one for us. We found that same professional attitude permeated through all the team from the guys who ripped out the kitchen and took down the internal wall, to the builder, plasterer, plumber, electrician and Joiner…(apologies for not remembering all your names). We have a son who is extremely autistic who does not cope well with change, our concern was the disruption would have a detrimental effect on him, but they showed a kindness and understanding of the situation and put a plan in place to work around him. The finish to the kitchen we now have is of a very high standard and was completed on the day they said it would be. We are very pleased we chose Brenden Fern. The invoice came through exactly as quoted, with no hidden ’extras’. We have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who needs their services and have already done so.
