Engineer called Monday to address a hot water issue, same day quote to repair but given the age of the boiler was not cost effective. They managed to come out again to give us a quote to replace the boiler, all of which was done on the same day. They then managed to fit us in on Wednesday to swap out the boiler, as we had very unreliable hot water. Fantastic service all round, thank you very much!

Excellent company. The issue was identified quickly, parts ordered and the job done within 10 days at reasonable cost. Everyone I dealt with was unfailingly polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't provide any paperwork after servicing boiler and gas fire, and ignored several email requests for formal written acknowledgement that service had taken place and that appliances were in satisfactory condition.

The company completed the gas safety certificate for my rented property. It is the first time I had used the company. They were able to find an appointment the following day. The tenant was really pleased with the engineer describing him as lovely , professional, thorough and on time . I received the invoice quickly and the cost is very reasonable. When I need any other work I will definitely be contacting them and only wish I’d found them years ago

I phoned Gas Service this morning as we had a leak coming from the top of our airing cupboard. I was given an appointment today and the engineer has been and repaired the leak. Very efficient service as always. Would thoroughly recommend Gas Service.
