Charged over £150 to say equipment cant be fixed. not going to use again
Excellent service from the cool guys of Clancool to fit a single split system in our living room. Thanks to Natalie, Chris, Klaidan and the whole team for guidance and prompt expert installation taking my wishes onboard throughout. Just wish they would sort out the electricity part too ...
We applied to Local Engery Scotland (CARES) for a grant to upgrade our heating system and Clancool Refrigeration Ltd kindly provided us with a quotation for this application. Following a successful outcome Clancool have fitted an air source heat pump to our community hall in Mosstodloch. From the first visit by the director Davie to Natalie in the office and Chris & Klaidas on site I have found the company to be attentive, skilled and competent in what they do. I would not hesitate in recommending Clancool Refrigeration to anyone who is considering them for a project.
We had a great experience with Clancool, they have been very helpful and supportive! Hot water is fixed so everyone is happy ☺️
Great service from Clancool. Very pleased with our ASHP, lots of very hot water. David and Kyle very helpful and patient answering lots of questions!
Thank you to the Kintore team! I recently had a great experience with Clan Cool where they helped me out with technical info for an external project. Thank you so much. Clan Cool installed my air source heat pump and have been used to service the system and investigate a minor fault. Their customer service team was professional and attentive. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. They provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Clan Cool for reliable and efficient servicing works on your air source installation/or maintenance. Top team. 😁
My wife and I are so happy to have David take care of restoring our faith in engineers, after suffering at the hands of a cowboy in the past, by installing an Air. Source Heat Pump with skill and minimum disruption and at a great price Thanks to all the staff at Clan Cool
