Excellent customer service, Ryan went above and beyond even offering to buy a portable heater for us when the installation ran over (not his fault, I should add). Honest and reliable and very straight forward to deal with, highly recommend

We contacted Heatserv to enquire about a new heating boiler. Contact was amazingly easy. Ryan returned our call within minutes. We discussed our requirements and Ryan organised a convenient date to see our existing system to prepare a quote. We were surprised at how low the quote was and agreed a date and time for installation. We even received a tracker link for the fitter. Enter Finn the fitter. What a man. He completely put us at ease. Fully protected our carpets and proceeded to take out our 21 year old boiler. He didn't stop for coffee or lunch. New boiler installed with the minimum of fuss. Finn returned the next morning to flush our radiators and commission the new system. Did they do a good job. Absolutely Would we recommend them. Without a seconds hesitation. From start to finish excellent contact by Ryan and Finn is an top fitter and really nice guy.

Had a boiler fault and Ryan made the effort to get to us as quickly as he could, communication is great and went above and beyond to get our hot water and heating running again. Will definitely use Heatserv for any boiler needs from now on

Contacted Ryan for quote and he was very helpful answering questions I had regarding installation, Finn was engineer who fitted boiler, explained the process on the day, left area clean before leaving.
