Had a call yesterday from their team asking how my experience was and if I could leave a review. Normally I never leave reviews , but because of how they handled my boiler replacement a few months back. I was happy to do so. Appreciate the genuine care, I’ve recommended to friends as well if they ever need anything.

Had a really good experience with Domestic & General Heating Ltd. Thought Ajay was patient and took the time to explain everything step by step, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. The fee was also quite reasonable- I didn’t feel exploited or anything. Would definitely recommend!

Our boiler broke yesterday, we have a child under 3 and no heating or hot water. We are supposed to be classed as an emergency call out as we have a vulnerable person in our house hold. We are registered for priority call out because of having a child under 5... apparently we can wait until WEDNESDAY. Not good enough. Being fobbed off too, disgusting.
