Wolves Gas Engineer Ltd

This was an incredible service. Moses is an excellent Gas Engineer, I could not recommend anyone better. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and highly competent at his craft, he is very pleasant and professional. He came on the very same day that my boiler broke down. What I thought would take days to fix and be very costly, he fixed within the hour with a good price, and even had the part that my boiler needed in his van! In less than an hour he had come, diagnosed, and resolved my problem. He even goes out of his way to explain things and educates you with handy tips along the way. I have had bad luck with other 'boiler experts' in the area - but Moses has been tremendous. Do not go with anyone else - you will not regret it, I can assure you!!!

Outstanding service from an outstanding engineer! I contacted Moses because I was concerned about my boiler’s inconsistent performance, and from the very first call he was exceptional. Moses responded promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional, respectful, and reassuring both before and during his visit. His knowledge and expertise were immediately evident — he assessed and diagnosed the issue incredibly quickly, and what I feared might be serious turned out to be a simple, efficient fix thanks to his skill. What truly sets Moses apart is his character. He is patient, kind, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt comfortable and confident, and left me with complete peace of mind. And the cherry on top? No eye-watering bill — just fair, honest pricing (which was a huge relief!). Moses is a tradesman with real integrity, and those are increasingly rare. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, do yourself a favour and call Moses. Excellent tradespeople are hard to find, so please support him and help keep a truly deserving business thriving. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Moses arrived on time, and was able to identify the issues with the gas fire breakdown along with the gas cooker straight away. Moses is very thorough and customer safety is his main priority. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that I asked if he could also service the boiler even though it was already booked in for another engineer. Highly recommend.

There was a problem with the boiler in our house, which was quickly fixed - the old parts were replaced with new ones. Now we are enjoying the heat in the house. We thank Mustefat for his high-quality and professional work and will definitely recommend him to our friends. He is a man who understands his job and does it qualitatively. Gintas, Vilma
