EcoFueled - Air Source Heat Pumps and Renewable Energy Solutions

We had a fantastic experience with Ecofueled. From our very first call through to the actual heat pump installation at our home in Marston in Oxford, their communication (Amy and Ellen), expertise (David did the survey for us) and professionalism (Don and Harry) were outstanding. We wanted to make a few changes to the original design along the way, and they were incredibly responsive and efficient in finding solutions and making the changes work. The whole installation was handled smoothly and professionally. Their value for money is also excellent compared with other installers we looked at. A fun fact is, when I first asked ChatGpt to recommend a few trustworthy choices, it put Ecofueled on the very top of the list. And they somehow proved that they deserved that spot.

We used EcoFueled for our PV and battery installation and found everyone there very professional and easy to deal with. The team remained responsive throughout the whole end to end process from quotation to post-installation support. I highly recommend them.

From the first time I got in touch with EcoFueled to the end of the installation of my solar panels and battery system I could not of asked for better customer care from all the TEAM. The initial contact and process was never a hard sale to get me to have it. They did a very comprehensive report on my house, where to install the solar panels and what kind of power I could generate with state of the art software. The report was professional and easy to understand. They advised me I did not need panels on the front of the house and I could easily generate enough electricity to power the house and pump some back to the grid earning a small income from installing a larger battery. They could have easily sold me more but did not. The installation was pain free, with them organising the scaffolding to go up, next day solar panels fitted, followed by all the electrics the following day. On completion Shawn came around and guided me through the App on my phone in plain English and Ellen sent me all the paperwork and guarantees for the work carried out, she even sent me the documents to get in touch with my provider to set up the contract for them taking energy from me. The whole experience was 5 Star and I did not have to take any time off work for the installation. A very Big thank you to all the Team at EcoFueled.

Our air source heat pump was installed by Jack, Lee and Shaun. Their working ethic is absolutely second to none. It took three days to complete and simply looks like it’s always been there. We live in a bungalow with little storage therefore the tank was installed in the loft. The heating side - we can’t comment yet, not needed to use it but for hot water it’s brilliant. No difference to our combi boiler. We’ve needed to adapt our way of thinking - think back to hot water tank days but better. Jack, Lee and Shaun most definitely know their stuff - it’s like watching strictly come dancing crossed with plumbing, heating and electrics!! Seamlessly flow together. The system install is neat and professional. When the guys left - they cleaned and cleared everywhere they’d been. Hand over for the system was robust and informative - in terms that we understood. Ecofueled are on hand should we need them for any follow up questions. The heat pump went live three days ago and we can already see the difference in our energy bills. Ecofueled is definitely the company you want for your installation. They have awesome crews, fantastic customer service and competitive pricing.

Ecofuelled recently fit 18 solar panels and a battery system for us. Their invoice and guide was brilliant and convinced us that number of panels was a suitable investment. They arranged to do the job to ensure the timing was concerniente to us. Scaffolding on the property proved to be a bit of an issue but Shaun took over the problem without even letting on to us there was any issues. Shaun was so knowledgeable and answered all questions we had regarding how the system would work without ever trying to push the sale. When the team came to do the install it was the hottest week of the year and yet still they were brilliant. They have done a really clean job and we have been really impressed. The whole team at Ecofuelled have been brilliant. We have had a number of requests along the way and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Would very happily recommend. They will be coming back to do an air source heat pump for us soon!

From first contact to meeting Shaun for the assessment and quote, to finalising completion, the team at EcoFueled have been amazing. We moved from an oil system to an ASHP with solar and battery. The team in the office were always available to chat through ideas and the team were accommodating to some specifics we had. Everyone involved was knowledgable and those on site also worked relentlessly to get the whole system completed on schedule. Look at several company’s to replace my heat pump and upgrade radiators some didn’t even get back to me deal with EcoFueled has been a pleasure they have been very professional from the off very competitive pricing for good quality products. On install day the team that came to do install again professional and got straight to work, clean and tidy which is something you can’t always say about trades men. Once job was complete hand over was in-depth explaining well the new controls. I will be using them again to service the heating. Great job thanks guys
