Absolutely delighted with my new Rio Eco Plus radiators. These have replaced a very expensive mistake made purchasing another company’s radiators. My Rio radiators now keep me warm and cosy, give a much more rounded heat and use less electricity. It’s been so simple to connect to the Tuya App and I’ve had no issues with wifi. Customer service has been excellent. Dave has been my saviour both in providing clear information prior to purchase and then getting radiators to me so quickly. Thank you so much Dave.

As a previous owner of all 3 sizes of Ceramic Core Smart Electric Radiators, I already knew they are the VERY BEST heaters I've ever used! However, when I ordered another of the 1000W's, unfortunately there was a delay of 10 days before it was handed to DHL for delivery. My best guess is, the manufacturing department needs to improve performance, but this is a pure guess. Despite this delay, I would SERIOUSLY recommend these heaters. - Fast heating - Cheap to run - Environmentally friendly What more do you need?

I wanted to upgrade the electric heaters downstairs to replace the very basic ones that had been put in by the developers. I purchased two Eco Plus 2000W Ceramic Core wifi controlled from RioHeating. The radiators are excellent!. I was unlucky that one of the radiators had a fault which causing quite a loud bang when the heater got hot and again on cooling. I spoke to David at RioHeating who was very polite and helpful. He sent out a replacement for me which is now perfect. Being able to operate with wifi is a massive bonus. The heaters produce a very pleasant consistent temperature. I have an open plan ground floor and the bedroom above has a gallery so heating that too. My two radiators are heating approximately 65 square meters!. I would definitely recommend RioHeating. Many thanks David.

Rio heating are an excellent company. Customer service by David was great and his help and advice to provide me with the correct electric radiators to suit my flat was really appreciated. Top quality radiators at an extremely good price. Better than anywhere else for similar radiators. They look great and once fitted will save me money after replacing my old storage heaters. Fast and free delivery with easy ordering on the website. Highly recommend Rio heating and will use them again for the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the heat that these core radiators radiate out is brilliant . So impressed with everything and would highly recommend this company. The radiators also look great on my walls and it’s brilliant you can program different radiators for different times and heat whether at home or when you’re out. Extremely happy customer 😁

I recently purchased three Rio Eco Plus radiators for a couple of upstairs bedrooms. I installed the radiators one in each bedroom expecting the larger bedroom to need two radiators.They are so efficient and heat the bedrooms so quickly that I decided to return one. The returns process was as easy as the purchase. Very pleased with the radiators and brilliant customer service.
