We didn't go through with it as we struggled to get the criteria that they needed.

Callum, Ryan and Angus arrived on time, did a professional job, were friendly, polite and very considerate. They did a good job of repairing the holes drilled (to inject the cavity insulation) and cleaned up before they left.
