4.9 / 5 · 29 totalI got in touch with evolve renewables to discuss a heat pump and solar panels Initially things were quite good and certainly the quote for the heat pump was prompt. Unfortunately due to the logistics of the house I did not think it would work out for us but I was still interested in solar panels. An appointment was booked for their solar panel assessor to come to our house but on the day nobody showed up. I called them and then after some confusion it had become evident that their person had retired/left. I was then told they would rearrange and get in touch again in June (5 months ago) and no one has. I have moved onto another company. When you are doing a build you need to work with people who are punctual and professional. While some aspects were good unfortunately due to the above I cannot recommend them wholeheartedly.
I first met Dale well over a year ago, as my wife and I have been half building a house Dale was my first contact with regards to making our forever home something very special. So we wanted to go a green as possible, so Dale and I spoke about an Air Source Heat Pump, Underfloor heating. We spent many many hours on the phone, whatsapp messages talking over many aspects of what was needed to be carried to give us the perfect home. There was never a moment that Dale and his team could not do enough for us. The instalation we very smoothly, and if there was something I needed to know, Dale was there to point the way. We also wanted Solar energy, with batteries (13.5KW) and an inverter So Nirav was the go to guy for this and suggested we had 20 solar panels fitted to 3 different areas, these have created energy to run the house, and sell back any excess to Octopus energy. Both Dale and Nirav are there to answer an queries we have had. I can't thank these guys enough, and would highly recommend Evolve to anyone thinking of going a journey as we have done.
Stuart and the team at Evolve. A great experience from start to finish. Professional, friendly, arrived on time. Did what they said they would do. Good value for money. We’ve had Stuart come to service our air pump and heating system every year for the last 8 years. We keep using Stuart because of the brilliant service we receive.
Wanted to switch from ageing gas boiler over to a new Air Source Heat Pump - Evolve did a brilliant job. They came, measured my home's heat loss, recommended the right-sized system, and fitted it very professionally. Everyone involved from fitters to electrician was great and kept me in the loop about the progress - now the house is warmer on cold nights and much more comfortable. Thank you Evolve!
We had PV Panel, Inverter and Batteries first. From Quoting to Delivering , Evolve Renewables guys were incredibly helpful, professional and very eficiente. They were capable to deal all situations we had, including unusual roof angle, extra requests for more panels and even my personal request of having system working independently of grip if necessary. We can say anything else but GREAT service, high quality installers, with lots of good will to answer all questions (which We had lots :). ) Thanks a lot to all team.
Great experience from start to finish. We had both solar PV and a heat pump designed and installed by Evolve. From face to face consultation to design and installation the service provided was exceptional. The guys on site were very professional and did a great job on a large and complex project. We have no hesitation in recommending Evolve.
Excellent experience getting solar panels installed with Evolve. I moved to the area recently and after looking through several options for solar installers, I finally landed on Evolve. I got a prompt response from them on my enquiry and within days an initial site visit was done by Allen who explained the process of installation very well. Access to my roof was a bit tricky and so we had to coordinate with the scaffolders but Nirav and Allen managed it well and were responsive and communicative throughout. The earliest installation date was on a day when I had a flight scheduled, but the team was kind enough to agree to handle my keys. They completed the installation in my absence and were very careful ensuring the loft, garage, front door and even my bicycles (which I had kept outside the garage to make space for the panels) were safely locked before leaving for the day and also left everything clean and tidy. After the installation, the team couldn't connect the logger to the WiFi but Nirav was helpful as ever and after I returned home, we managed to get it sorted over phone/email. Overall I am very happy to have chosen Evolve for the solar project and I will be strongly considering them for my future heat pump and/or EV charger project.
