I had many quotes from online and a few local companies but opted to go with Fired Up. You feel like your taking a gamble when using a company you are unfamiliar with but I am so glad I did. Charles initially visited to assess and to give me a quote. I was impressed with his thoroughness of inspection of the boiler and heating system etc. and seemed generally a nice guy. Good communications from Kim from the office helped everything keep to the schedule. The replacement boiler was installed by Jake who was very professional and courteous. My property was well respected and Jake left everything clean and tidy after completion, he did a fantastic job. A great time to have a new boiler fitted (during a heatwave) but I’ll look forward to it when it’s needed most. I would definitely recommend Fired Up to friends and family.
Charles was simply incredible. We were told by a few other gas engineers that converting our heat only boiler to a combi system was impossible but Charles proved them wrong and the water pressure in our shower has never been better! Likewise Jake did a fantastic job replacing the kitchen tap and disposing of the old vented cylinder! Fired Up Heating have a new customer in us..
I discovered my boiler was leaking this morning so rang Fired Up, amazingly a plumber came within a couple of hours. The plumber was extremely polite with excellent communication skills. I honestly cannot recommend enough, thank you.
Engineer came same day I contacted Fired Up, stopped the leak in my boiler and ordered a replacement part and completed the repair a couple of days later. He was professional and friendly at all times. I am completely satisfied with repair.

I can’t rate Charles, Jake, and Kate highly enough! All very friendly, professional, prompt and skilled at what they do. We had a situation with our hot water, where I thought I knew the fix. Turns out I was very wrong and the boiler was far worse off than I thought. I received a good description of the problem, work that needed to be carried out plus my options. After a good call with Charles, and a good offer, we decided to use Fired Up to replace the entire boiler and he did a great job! Perhaps the only tip I could give for improving customer satisfaction is to reduce the frequency of automated SMS reminders - they’re a bit OTT. Overall, trusting in FiredUp was definitely the best choice and I’m glad we didn’t go down the route of using a large online company.
